Penn Programme: new blog and 'import Safety' book

The excellent programme on regulation at UPenn Law has released a new book on consumers and product safety, as well as a new blog (see list to right). With the new Obama open government initiatives and Cass Sunstein getting to grips with regulatory reform, plus financial and telecoms reforms on the agenda in 2010, the US is once again the centre of the regulatory reform world. The title of the book project

This is the new blog replacing Liars led by Donkeys - which was a bit too trendy for the world's oldest press.
The book is to be submitted to Cambridge University Press by end-July 2010 - and published in early 2011.
I'll put up the synopsis soon - its based on my EC project in 2007-8 and the paper presented with Jonathan Cave at TPRC 2008.
CUP has form in this area having recently published
